Q: Where are you from?

A: Stoughton, MA

Q: How do you feel about starting in the fall?

A: I’m very excited!

Q: What made you decide to come to Xaverian?

A: It’s the perfect fit for me. I have some friends who go here and they told me how great the teachers are—that they really care and they are very helpful and want to help you succeed.

Q: What are you most excited for?

A: I’m excited to meet new friends.

Q: How have you liked the football clinic?

A: It’s been a great way to meet new friends before even starting school. And it’s been great to be able to meet the senior players who are our coaches this week. They are very nice and funny and have taught us a lot.

Q: Where are you from?

A: Mansfield, MA

Q: How do you feel about starting in the fall?

A: I can’t wait!

Q: What made you decide to come to Xaverian?

A: The overall school. Definitely academics but also sports. I love football. I grew up with it and they have such a strong football program so that made a big difference. I also love lacrosse and I’m excited to play that too.

Q: How have you liked the football clinic?

A: It’s been fun and exciting but it’s also really helped me work on my technique. I’ve learned a lot and Coach Stevenson has really helped me and made me a better quarterback.

Students Conclude Pilgrimage to Italy

This year 44 students traveled with seven faculty members to Italy for the seventh annual Xaverian Pilgrimage to Italy. Students visited holy sites in Rome, Assisi, San Gimignano and Florence. Through prayer, small group reflection, and journaling, these students were able to grow deeper in faith. Rising seniors Tim Cady and Bobby Palladino wrote about their experience for the Campus Ministry news page. Participants attended four formation meetings to prepare them for the trip. Applications for next year’s program will be available in October.
